Serves as the Executive advisor to senior leaders within the organization.
Collaborates on and leads the design and execution of enterprise-wide HR strategies that are in line with PANTHERx’s business and operational goals.
Supports Executives to shape the business strategy.
Acts as a trusted advisor to management on talent related matters in conjunction with HR leadership and other team members, leveraging human capital metrics to deliver actionable insights to management.
Accountable for major business and organizational transformation.
Drives business growth, change readiness and continuous improvement efforts.
Mentors Senior Leadership on building high-performing teams.
In partnership with Talent Acquisition, supports identifying and planning for future talent needs and continually refines the talent sought to hire in the organization.
Leads organizational design initiatives, partnering with executive leadership to optimize structure, governance, and capability development.
Owns planning for leadership development, succession planning, and capability building programs across the business.
Communicates and supports effective execution of the performance management cycle and other ongoing processes.
Implements tools, resources, and training to help leaders drive continuous improvement and elevate team performance.
Partners with HR stakeholders to review the analysis of employee relations trends to develop initiative-taking strategies, solutions, training programs, and policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of ten (10) years of HR experience in an HRBP role.
Experience with supporting multiple business units and/or enterprise functions.
Strategic Planning execution and design experience.
Experience in a high growth environment.
Demonstrated and strong critical thinking, high emotional intelligence, and an ability to communicate clearly and influence to shared and successful outcomes.
Experience coaching and influencing all levels of leadership.
Strong consultative skills, including relationship building, process skills, facilitation skills, and balanced advocacy.
Creative analytical person with a strong work ethic.
Works collaboratively and effectively in a matrix driven environment.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and people skills.
