Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful outcomes.
Leading and supporting operational teams by managing internal crews and subcontractors, monitoring progress, and meeting timelines efficiently.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
8+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
Demonstrated experience delivering Verizon small cell projects.
Strong understanding of B2/B66 LTE deployments, C-Band (n77) 5G installations, RFDS interpretation, equipment configuration, and fiber backhaul/splice coordination.
Experience coordinating power meter sets, service upgrades, and utility interfaces.
Ability to interpret civil, electrical, and structural construction drawings.
Installation background including steel anchor-base poles, direct-buried poles, and joint-use poles requiring make-ready.
Working knowledge of grounding and bonding standards, conduit proofing, trenching, directional boring, and restoration/asphalt/slurry patch requirements.
Proven ability to manage multiple crews in an active market with a strong field presence and subcontractor accountability.
Excellent communication skills with Verizon PMs, A&E teams, and municipal stakeholders.
Ability to identify barriers early, resolve issues proactively, and prevent schedule delays.
OSHA 30 preferred.
Advanced education in construction, project management, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in project management and administrative tools and software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
