Independent and systematic acquisition of new customers (B2B target group, from 250 employees upward)
Assembly of customized end-to-end Modern Workplace solutions including end devices (mobile, tablet, desktop), software, IT security, device management, IT architecture and IT services
Advising customers on designing new system environments and working closely with in-house system engineers
Presenting the system house's solutions and products to customers and prospects
Maintaining and updating the internal sales database
Preparing quotes and documentation during order processing
Communication and collaboration with external solution partners
Requirements
Significant practical experience in IT
Several years of experience in IT sales/account management and working with top decision-makers
Proven successes in selling IT systems and IT services and closing long-term contracts
Ability to work analytically and argue in a solution-oriented way
Strong communication skills with a confident presence, target-driven and closing-oriented
Strong customer and service orientation
Very good German skills and good English in business and IT contexts
Based in the Rhine-Main-Neckar area, as this is a hybrid role with 3 days in the Frankfurt/M office and 2 days home office per week

An attractive, performance-based compensation package (fixed ca. €55k–60k p.a. plus uncapped commissions with OTE around €80k–90k +)
