About this role
Role Overview
You identify new business opportunities and independently build a strong network in the areas of workplace health management (BGM), sustainability and HR.
You conduct qualified initial discussions, analyse customer needs and provide professional advice on our services.
You develop convincing solution proposals and confidently present our portfolio to operational contacts as well as decision-makers.
You take responsibility for the entire sales cycle: from initial outreach through proposal creation to closing deals.
You manage existing customers, identify growth potential and further develop long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
Commercial training or degree, ideally in business, sales or communications.
Initial professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in a consultative or complex product/service environment.
Enjoyment of outbound sales, strong communication skills and a confident, reliable manner.
Structured, goal-oriented working style and a good sense for customer needs.
Very good German language skills (at least C1); good English skills are an advantage.
Hands-on mentality, team spirit and high motivation for personal development.
