Collaborate with team members to learn best practices, tools, and processes.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day operations and special projects.
Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department.
Assist with and gain exposure to talent acquisition and onboarding practices and processes.
Work with HR team on AI-driven projects.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of talent development curriculum.
Assist with additional HR projects and provide general support to the team as needed.
Collaborate with team members to support overall HR department operations while handling sensitive information with discretion.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
An interest and aptitude to work in Human Resources.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Ability to pass an extensive background investigation, including but not limited to personal and professional financial history, nationwide criminal record search, credit check, and other relevant background information deemed necessary by WDC.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms or HRIS systems.
Prior knowledge or experience working with a Native American Tribe.
