Security Officer – 2nd & 3rd Shift, Full-Time & Part-Time

Role Overview

• Provide security services during assigned shifts
• Ensure a safe environment for all employees and visitors
• Respond to incidents and emergencies
• Perform regular patrols of the premises
• Monitor surveillance systems
• Report any suspicious activities or incidents
• Assist with safety training and compliance measures

Requirements

• Noprevioussecurity experience isrequired.
• A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle. (Required)
• Successfully pass a background check, fingerprinting, and a 10-panel drug screenin accordance withlocal laws.
• Complete an on-site safety-training prior to starting.
• Good computer skills, including the following: able to use a keyboard to correctly input information accurately and efficiently into software programs; able to navigate various software applications and the internet/intranet; able to restart/reboot computers and printers;possessa reasonable general working knowledge of computers.
• Able to work well independently and with a team.
• Neat and well-groomed appearance.
• Providea high levelof courtesy and customer service.
• Commitment to safetyat all times.
• Excellent customer service skills (e.g.courtesy, patience, understanding, etc.).
• Able to effectively speak and write the English language.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the proper use of grammar,punctuationand spelling.
• Willing to work overtime when asked or directed.
• Must embody vigilance, diligence, and integrity.
