Oversee the marketing and graphics team

Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and graphics team
Oversee production of marketing content across multiple channels
Execute digital marketing campaigns and social media strategy
Track and report social media performance metrics

7 years of progressive marketing experience
Team leadership experience
Multi-channel marketing execution
Experience in professional services marketing, with AEC or related industry experience preferred
Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and evaluating campaign performance
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Deltek/VantagePoint, Smartsheet’s, etc.)
Proven ability to lead change and manage marketing operations across a matrixed organization
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; advanced degree a plus
Portfolio required demonstrating writing samples, visual/graphic work, and relevant marketing projects
