Role Overview
- Champion the development and execution of strategic sales plans
- Train and guide team members in solution-based sales approaches, targeting C-level decision-makers
- Maintain essential partnerships and engage with key stakeholders to drive business growth
- Innovate and identify new market opportunities within target sectors
- Uphold operational excellence with precise sales forecasting and CRM management
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of sales tools and operational resources for the team.
Requirements
- A seasoned leader with at least 3 years in sales leadership
- 5 years of enterprise sales in telecommunications, cloud, or managed IT solutions experience is required
- Strong track record in managing and developing team members to surpass multi-million-dollar sales targets
- Expertise in complex, multi-product solutions sales to top-tier customers
- Robust network of relationships and the capability to expand client bases effectively
- Proficient in modern sales platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other data analytics dashboards
- Preferred: Deep knowledge in UCaaS, SIP Trunking, Managed SD-WAN, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Infrastructure services
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology or a related field
- An MBA is a plus
- Demonstrable experience in channel/partner sales strategies.
