15+ years of progressive experience in HR technology
Extensive, hands-on experience with Oracle HCM
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a globally distributed team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or Business; Master’s degree preferred
Exceptional ability to influence and build consensus among senior executive leaders
