Advise managers on application of Company policies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
3+ years of work experience in the HR field including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, onboarding / offboarding, record keeping and compliance
Preferred: Oracle HCM experience; experience generating regular and ad-hoc reports tailored to HR metrics
Special Certifications: PHR, SPHR or GPHR
Technical Competencies & Information Systems: MS Office, Visio, HRM Systems (Oracle, Workday, etc.)
