Manage collect-freight inbound transportation to ensure excellence vendor’s supply chain performance
Manage supply chain performance such as on-time & in-full deliveries
Manage outbound transportation budget & activities to service store deliveries
Implement & Manage Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for inbound activities
Recruit, train, motivate, retain, and direct assigned staff
Act as key contact with Third party freight audit company
Support the annual carrier bid process; manage freight carrier scorecards
Maintain accurate control over all store and customer shipments

Bachelor’s Degree
7-10 years of Transportation experience in retail or similar environment
Previous experience in a fast paced, high-volume organization
Expansive exposure and experience in contract negotiations.
Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder and freight rating software
Experiences in analytics software such as Tableau, Power BI, Clik
