Own end-to-end recruitment for critical roles across the Organization, including sourcing, assessment, and offer negotiation.
Deliver a high-touch, personalized experience for candidates, ensuring every interaction reflects the Fanatics brand.
Build strong relationships with senior executives, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to align talent priorities.
Identify and analyze key talent, pipeline, and KPI data to uncover trends and actionable insights.
Requirements
5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a multi-branded and/or vertical retail Company supporting retail product functions: merchandising, design, product development.
Proven ability to manage complex searches and influence senior stakeholders.
Expertise in sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and competitive market analysis.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems).
