Collaborate with program owners as well as internal teams to execute quick-turn gifting and high-priority requests with speed, precision, and accuracy
Lead day-to-day operations across all gifting and seeding campaigns, including inventory intake, order flow, packaging, and fulfillment coordination
Monitor campaign forecasts and calendars to coordinate all asset and labor planning needs
Execute personalized packaging elements, including custom boxes, handwritten notes, and bespoke product configurations
Work in multiple internal systems and applications to process and track orders and inventory
Offer additional support with special handling projects as the business requires
Requirements
Experience in inventory management, tracking systems, fulfillment, and operations, with a strong emphasis on execution and logistics
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Solution-oriented and team-minded, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain alignment across partnering teams
Recommend and implement process improvements across workflows, documentation, and logistics
Comfortable being active in a fast-paced fulfillment center environment
Obsessive about best-in-class fan experience across all touchpoints, supporting deep and broad customer engagement.
