Collaborate with marketing peers and commodity teams to align on strategic marketing plans, leveraging insights to challenge the status quo and uncover untapped opportunities.
Act as a trusted strategic partner to commodity leaders and stakeholders. Champion a unified voice across B2B business lines (Energy, Ag Solutions, Home & Building) leading cross functional efforts to deliver consistent customer-centric marketing efforts.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational KPIs and long-term business growth.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals, building capability, driving accountability, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Have 8+ years of relevant progressively responsible experience in marketing with an emphasis on B2B or Agriculture marketing.
Have a strong understanding of the agriculture industry, gained through lived experience, professional experience, or both.
Have experience leading a team of direct reports.
Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or journalism (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
Have affiliation with marketing and communications professional bodies (considered an asset).
Have an interest in marketing technology trends and knowledge of project management principles.
