Role Overview
- Provide one-to-one inbound telephone contact with applicants and participants
- Support by placing outbound calls to leave messages
- Work with a live chat platform to engage with customers
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Previous customer service and/or call center experienced
- Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to solve problems through analysis and feedback
- Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
- Experience with pension and defined benefits is a plus
- Must pass an internet speed test
