About this role
Role Overview
Translate customer research (CX) requirements into Qualtrics platform
Program, build and test surveys, email templates, dashboards, and reports from the feedback platform
Build workflows to automate tasks
Collaborate with researchers and insight consultants in programming surveys
Work with data/technology representatives in ensuring data and lists used are clean and complete
Build ticketing protocols that will facilitate closed loop
Manage the samples for each of these programs and ensure that automation is built to support a robust feedback platform
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in project management activities
Advanced experience using Qualtrics is a must
Considered a plus: Qualtrics CX certification
Experience with Directories, APIs and Qualtrics workflows
Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of project management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
