Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
7+ years related work experience
7+ years leading complex, multi-disciplinary enterprise transformations in large corporate environments (Fortune 500 or similar scale)
Deep program management expertise: multi-program portfolios, cross-dependency management, executive communications, and benefits realization
Ability to influence and negotiate across all levels
from executives to delivery teams
without formal authority
Strong OCM, stakeholder management, and communication skills; exceptional clarity in executive storytelling and decision framing
Hands-on experience with MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, and the MS Office suite for planning, tracking, and reporting
Working knowledge of Agile/SAFe alongside traditional program controls
5+ years program/portfolio experience on large-scale transformations (e.g., digital modernization, servicing modernization, cloud migration, regulatory remediation, M&A integration)
Financial services or highly regulated industry experience
MBA/MS or relevant certifications: PMP, SAFe/Agilist, ScrumMaster, CBAP (or equivalent)
