Role Overview
- Lead the strategic roadmap and enhancement of the enterprise PAM program
- Oversee implementation of PAM capabilities and advanced monitoring
- Drive end-to-end privileged access lifecycle expansion
- Define and enforce risk-tiered control policies
- Lead integration of PAM capabilities with ITSM platforms
- Partner with governance bodies and audit teams
- Prioritize remediation activities based on risk tiers
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity
- Depth in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and security controls
- Experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM), SSO, MFA, CIAM, RBAC, and/or directory governance
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional technology/security initiatives
- Proven ability to cultivate partnerships with business and technology stakeholders
- Strong requirements and delivery execution skills
- Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms
