Define and implement instrumentation for end-to-end member experience analytics
Design how member interactions are captured across channels
Transform data into actionable insights via visualization and reporting
Collaborate with business leaders to understand business questions
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and the precise data requirements necessary to measure them effectively
Shape member experience with data-driven insights
Prepare materials that communicate the significance of strategic insights to senior leaders and stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, Finance, Economics or related discipline; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
4 years experience in data and/or analytics or strategy consulting; OR Advanced Degree in Business, Science, Finance, Economics or related discipline with 2 years experience in data and/or analytics or strategy consulting
Experience identifying business needs and developing strategic plans driven by qualitative/quantitative analysis and market insights
Demonstrated experience using data analytics to formulate data-driven insights
Experience performing data analysis using various data analytics tools (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Tableau, R, Python, SQL, Snowflake, SAS, Adobe Analytics)
