Role Overview
Own the design, integrity, and ongoing improvement of Finance systems, management reporting, and planning processes.
Establish standards, controls, and best practices for financial data, reporting structures, and workflows.
Oversee the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of monthly, quarterly, and annual internal financial reports.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability of management reporting for senior leadership and operating teams.
Develop dashboards and analytical tools that provide insight into performance, trends, and drivers of results.
Serve as the Finance lead and subject matter expert for financial systems and data-related initiatives.
Lead finance participation in organization-wide IT projects, system implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
Partner with IT and external vendors to define requirements, test solutions, and ensure successful adoption.
Own the annual operating budget and monthly forecast processes, including timelines, assumptions, models, and deliverables.
Coordinate closely with Accounting to support month-end close activities, ensuring alignment between actual results, forecasts, and management reporting.
Requirements
7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or financial systems roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and management reporting.
Demonstrated expertise in financial and accounting systems, reporting tools, and data analysis.
Proven ability to independently own complex processes and deliver results with minimal oversight.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
