Role Overview
- Lead the Consumer OpEx Idea Management Process
- Provide strategic leadership for the Consumer idea‑management process
- Oversee a network of Consumer council members
- Monitor and manage the pipeline of improvement opportunities
- Partner with Operational Excellence teams to deliver updates to Consumer leadership
- Engage and Enable Network of OpEx Program Champions
- Represent Consumer Interests and Provide Strategic Input
- Act as a subject matter expert
Requirements
- 5+ years of program management and/or service delivery experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Executive Presentation
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrate ability to drive execution of complex change requirements
- Critical thinker and risk-minded
