Directs, coordinates, and manages all practice functions
Responsible for practice operations, financial accounting activities, operating and capital budgets
Works effectively with physicians and other care providers to assure timely and thorough communication and practice efficiencies
Provides education and coaching support to staff and acts as a role model in support of the OhioHealth Mission Statement
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or related field
Master’s Degree strongly preferred
A minimum of 7 years of related health care experience, preferably in an ambulatory care setting including 5 years of supervision or management experience
