Urology Physician Practice Manager

Role Overview

• Directs, coordinates, and manages all practice functions
• Responsible for practice operations, financial accounting activities, operating and capital budgets
• Works effectively with physicians and other care providers to assure timely and thorough communication and practice efficiencies
• Provides education and coaching support to staff and acts as a role model in support of the OhioHealth Mission Statement

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or related field
• Master’s Degree strongly preferred
• A minimum of 7 years of related health care experience, preferably in an ambulatory care setting including 5 years of supervision or management experience
