Role Overview

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors ensuring compliance with service agreements.
• Conducts regular evaluations of vendor performance through metrics and audits.
• Assists in the negotiation and renewal of vendor contracts to ensure favorable terms.
• Collaborates with internal teams to identify vendor needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Develops and maintains a database of vendor information and performance metrics.
• Mitigates risks associated with vendor partnerships by implementing monitoring processes.
• Prepares and presents reports on vendor performance and relevant insights to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required.
• Experience in vendor management or procurement roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of managing successful vendor contracts.
