Provide executive support through calendar and email management, meeting coordination, and handling confidential communications
Manage administrative workflows including documentation, task tracking, and virtual meeting logistics
Conduct initial screening of job applicants and coordinate recruitment scheduling
Support CRM updates, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
Utilize tools such as monday.com, Google Workspace, Zoom, HubSpot (or similar), and AI productivity tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with calendar/email management at an executive level
Proficiency with Google Workspace and virtual meeting tools
Experience screening applicants or supporting recruitment processes
Preferred experience with monday.com or project/task management platforms
