Develop a comprehensive Grid Automation strategy in the context of a greater grid modernization platform
Conduct market analysis, competitive analysis, pricing strategy and interface with the commercial marketing, sales engineering, and sales teams
Oversee the full product lifecycle (ideation → development → launch → operations → end‑of‑life)
Serve as the voice of the customer: conduct market research, competitive analysis, stakeholder engagement (utilities, partners, internal teams)
Drive go‑to‑market planning including pricing strategy, value proposition, positioning, feature prioritization, support & training plans, and sales enablement
Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing product management organization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related technical field is required
An MBA is an asset
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in product management within B2B technology, smart grid, IoT, energy systems, or enterprise software/hardware solutions
Broad understanding of utility industry requirements, including deep involvement in the grid operations, distribution system engineering, load/DER management, outage management, and/or distribution automation problem spaces
Excellent business acumen and business case development experience
Proven ability to think strategically and analytically, with sound-technical knowledge
Proven ability to plan and execute against a plan
