Staff Product Manager

Assured is on a mission to modernize insurance, providing software solutions for large insurers to improve claims processing. The Staff Product Manager will lead product strategy and work cross-functionally to drive product success from ideation to launch.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product roadmap based on business goals, customer feedback, and market trends
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing improvements
• Partner with engineering and design to ensure seamless product development and delivery
• Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and prioritize features that drive user engagement and revenue
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuously looking for ways to improve the product experience
• Clearly articulate the product vision, strategy, and priorities to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully managing products through the full lifecycle in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to define product vision and strategy while also focusing on execution and delivery
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, enabling you to work closely with engineering teams
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed product decisions
• Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional product experiences
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
