Role Overview
- Supervise and coordinate the digital information management of projects
- Ensure the implementation, deployment and compliance of BIM processes
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
- Lead design and 3D modeling teams
- Ensure deliverables comply with contractual requirements and BIM standards
- Oversee the Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Ensure interdisciplinary coordination of models
- Act as a technical reference for teams and partners
- Participate in coordination meetings with the client
- Produce monitoring reports and ensure quality control of digital deliverables
Requirements
- University degree or recognized equivalent in architecture, engineering, construction, building science or a related field
- 11 to 15 years of relevant experience in BIM management or coordination
- Proven experience on large-scale construction projects
- Experience in architecture firms, engineering consulting firms or general contracting environments
- Experience providing advisory support and guiding teams
- Proficiency with Common Data Environments (CDE)
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software and collaborative BIM platforms
