Demonstrate all phases of the sales cycle, including prospecting, acquiring, identifying and qualifying customers
Organize joint sales calls with vendors and senior sales staff while generating new business and revenue through cold calling
Prepare sales orders, detailed quotes, weekly sales reports while maintaining an expense account
Meet or exceed monthly sales budget
Attend sales meetings, trainings, and other work-related gatherings
Effectively communicate detailed information on products and services provided to both established and potential customers
Provide detailed product quotes for construction projects
Requirements
Proficient at gathering market data along with negotiating, closing, and follow-up of sales orders while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Proficient level of computer skills; MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
Decision-making abilities with excellent customer service and both verbal and written communication skills
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business preferred
