About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for selling emergency equipment (e.g., defibrillators, mechanical chest compression devices, transport stretchers, consumables) in the territories of Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (postal code areas: 19, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25)
Comprehensive relationship management and maintenance of existing customers as well as acquisition of new customers
Implementation of marketing and sales strategies throughout the sales process and conducting negotiations
Creation and follow-up of orders to ensure smooth delivery processes and high customer satisfaction
Participation in internal meetings on organization, development and business topics
Advising and training customers, including physicians and emergency medical services, through workshops
Requirements
Medical training (e.g., Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Paramedic) or a degree in medical engineering, health management, nursing, business administration or a related field
Strong consulting skills and sales affinity, excellent communication, flexibility and the ability to build and maintain sustainable networks
High level of initiative and goal orientation
Valid driver's license (Class B)
Fluent German and very good English skills
