Responsible for the sales and financial performance of warehouse solutions product line.
Plan, conduct and participate in sales meetings.
Initiate product review meetings with vendor representatives and maintain communication channels with key personnel.
Design and implement sales strategies and programs.
Coordinate activities among other Crown managers.
Plan and assist in training of all Warehouse Solutions products to insure sales force has sufficient product knowledge.
Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers at end user locations.
Participate in customer service for key accounts, complex transactions, irate customer, or other unexpected situations with regard to Warehouse Solutions equipment.
Assist in designing warehouse layouts for accounts.
Review and approve invoicing for Warehouse Solutions sales.
Review accounts receivables for assigned territories and make recommendation to Branch Manager on payment terms and write-off.
Requirements
Associate or Bachelor degree in businesses management
Five to seven years’ material handling industry experience, preferably with product sales background
Travel approximately 60-70% of the time
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks for product demos.
