Role Overview
- Document comprehensive business requirements working with key stakeholders
- Serve as a liaison with key business subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accurate requirement capture and ongoing alignment
- Work with technical teams to groom and refine business requirements to ensure they are clear, testable, and development-ready before handoff to technical teams
- Review and approve system designs to ensure they align with business objectives
- Facilitate requirement reviews and sign-offs with business stakeholders
- Refine and execute test scripts to ensure delivered solutions meet approved requirements
Requirements
- High School Grad / GED
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 8+ years
- Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ years
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
