Build and maintain deep, trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all RCM-related matters, ensuring client needs are anticipated and met.
Oversee the full RCM lifecycle, from patient access and registration through billing, collections, and denial management.
Ensure seamless integration of R1 solutions across all touchpoints.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of RCM projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, technology, and analytics, to ensure the successful delivery of RCM services.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation within both R1 and client operations.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, business reviews, and operational updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare RCM, client management, consulting, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects in a senior role.
PMP certification is strongly preferred.
Deep understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle management processes, industry best practices, and project management methodologies.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience with project management tools, EPIC, and software.
Proven experience managing complex client relationships and large-scale transformation initiatives.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
