Business Tax Services – Passthrough Transactions Analytics Manager

Role Overview

• Provide tax advisory services to clients on all aspects of joint venture and partnership tax matters
• Prepare and review detailed financial models
• Demonstrate an understanding of increasingly complex tax concepts
• Provide high-quality and 'time-sensitive' service
• Develop and guide junior tax professionals

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Operations Research, Financial Engineering, Statistics or related field
• Minimum of six years related work experience
• Graduate degree in the above fields, Tax or Law and approximately more than five years of related work experience
• Strong quantitative skills with an emphasis on accounting and corporate finance
• Broad exposure to federal income taxation, including partnership taxation
• Expert MS Excel skills
• Continuous learning mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Effective organization and time management skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
