Overall operational performance strategy and execution for Accredo Specialty Pharmacy clients
Development and execution of broad service strategy
Collaborate with Accredo partners on benefit and service strategies
Maintain market/competitive knowledge on service trends
Develop/maintain “trusted-advisor” relationships with clients
Lead in managing PG reporting requests and analytics
Requirements
College Degree or a minimum of 5+ years equivalent related experience
Proficient knowledge (min of 3+ years) in healthcare / managed care business including product knowledge, underwriting principles, and risk/financial analysis skills
Experience with marketing processes and account management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Strategic and financial savvy
Demonstrated planning/organizational skills and ability to foster strong working relationships
