National Ancillary Account Receivable Manager

Role Overview

• Manage and resolve open and unresolved claims and accounts receivable issues
• Proactively monitor AR performance, SLAs, and trends; communicate results to account teams
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective action plans
• Partner with internal teams and external National Ancillary partners to improve claims performance and service quality
• Serve as a claims subject matter expert in meetings and presentations
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in claims administration, benefits operations, and/or relationship or project management
• Strong knowledge of claims processing, root cause analysis, and service improvement
• Advanced knowledge of Cigna claims platforms (e.g., SANP, OneView, Benefit Access)
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables); advanced Excel skills preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Some travel required
