Lead a team of 8-10 individuals across the United States.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Home Depot and Lowe's Pro ecosystems.
Implement strategies to support lead conversion and drive sales growth within the residential construction market.
Identify and cultivate new growth opportunities within the residential construction Pro Market.
Define and manage performance metrics for the team to ensure accountability and tracking of key conversion and sales metrics.
Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and opportunity planning for the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields; relevant construction field experience could be a substitute for higher education.
5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with a proven track record of delivering results; 3+ years of direct managerial experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Valid Driver's License and physical ability to travel up to 50% within territory assignment.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
