Ensure THL’s corporate engagement strategies are executed effectively
Drive high-stakes negotiations and identify opportunities to strengthen global partnerships
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize impact
Facilitate collaboration with the Associate Directors of Corporate Relations and Campaigns
Represent THL in global coalition spaces and partner forums
Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices

Demonstrated experience in corporate relations, stakeholder engagement, or a similar field
Proven ability to engage key corporate stakeholders and negotiate effectively
Knowledge of the food industry and its various sectors, animal welfare policies
Proven ability to lead and develop diverse, globally distributed teams
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships effectively
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong ability to think strategically and align corporate relations efforts
Ability to manage and analyze corporate relations data
Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to foster positive working relationships
A self-starter who takes initiative to identify areas of improvement
