Manage the entire performance of the CACI TCIP & Modernization Team.
Foster customer relationships to develop strategies and plans to advance and grow the project.
Collaborate directly with client executives to align enterprise development strategies with organizational mission and goals, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting on the progress of CNO Availability Milestones, Key Events, maintaining up-to-date records and providing critical insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
Foster team development and promote a culture of unity and shared success.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of shipboard combat systems maintenance experience.
High degree of attention to detail and organization skills.
Knowledge of US Navy maintenance philosophy.
Understanding of reliability principles.
Extensive knowledge of Navy Combat Systems interoperability.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to acquire and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
