Define and maintain delivery frameworks, playbooks, and engagement models across all practices
Standardize delivery phases, artifacts, quality gates, and handoffs without slowing teams down
Own delivery quality metrics (on-time, on-budget, scope adherence, client satisfaction)
Conduct delivery health checks on active and at-risk engagements
Lead post-mortems and ensure lessons learned turn into real changes
Identify systemic margin leakage and delivery inefficiencies
Create lightweight training, coaching, and enablement for Delivery Leads and Architects
Establish just enough governance to ensure consistency and transparency
Ensure delivery data is visible, accurate, and actionable

12–18+ years in professional services delivery
Background in data, analytics, automation, or enterprise technology consulting
Experience operating at scale (100+ consultants)
Has owned delivery quality, not just run projects
Experience in Big 4, top-tier consulting, or high-growth services firm strongly preferred
