A SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Senior Analyst & Tier 2 Specialist plays a critical role in bridging business needs with identity governance solutions.
Their responsibilities span across technical configuration, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration.
Provide business analysis support to a Federal implementation of SailPointIIQ
Translate business requirements into SailPoint IIQ configuration, including new enhancements and workflows.
Create detailed documentation for workflows, configurations, and maintenance reports for the Joiner/Mover/Leaver process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand identity and access management (IAM) needs as well as during Tier 2 troubleshooting process.
Support upgrades, maintenance and release windows
Provide Tier 2 troubleshooting support to identify and resolve bugs/inefficiencies and review code defects.
Debug and optimize BeanShell scripts and workflows for attribute synchronization and policy enforcement
Troubleshoot integration issues with external systems like Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and cloud applications
Able to take initiative, manage own workload, and assume responsibility for tasks.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and respond to change quickly.
Ability to work in a team environment and also produce work products independently.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of Four (4) years experience working with Federal SailPointIIQ deployments
Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, SQL, and scripting languages like PowerShell or Python
Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, and SailPoint APIs
Experience using ServiceNow Ticketing Systems
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
