Lead 2–3 concurrent operational and process improvement programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact.
Manage and resolve system integrator requests within 24–48 hour SLAs, proactively identifying and eliminating operational blockers that could impact factory operations and rack delivery.
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and coordinate with internal engineering and external teams to resolve system and operational issues.
Analyze operational, inventory, and ERP (SAP) data using advanced Excel and reporting tools to drive informed decision-making and maintain data accuracy.
Develop and standardize SOPs, process documentation, and reporting dashboards (Power BI/Azure DevOps) to improve visibility and performance tracking.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Communicate program status, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership while driving cross-functional alignment and change adoption.
Requirements
5–7+ years of program or project management experience in operational, manufacturing, supply chain, or service delivery environments.
5–7 years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience (complex formulas, pivot tables, reporting, data analysis).
2–5 years of ERP system experience, preferably SAP.
