Teach, coach, and validate visual merchandising competencies across the region
Partner closely with the Regional Director to assess talent, identify capability gaps, and implement development plans
Design and facilitate regional and district-level workshops
Drive elevated and consistent styling and lighting execution across the region
Monitor performance and regional trends to act on region-specific opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ Visual, Field Visual, and Regional partners
Lead and support strategic projects that drive continuous improvement and innovation

Minimum of 5+ year’s multi-unit, high volume, complex retail business leadership
5+ years of visual presentation experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneDrive)
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
