Role Overview
- Responsible for overseeing and executing regional builder and multi-family projects
- Ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and within the scheduled time frame
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple builder projects
- Duties include installation audits, inventory management, pre and post installation inspections, safety compliance according to site specific requirements
- Supervise and coordinate with Service Providers and other professionals on site to ensure tasks are completed correctly
- Communicate progress to clients, address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma/GED
- 3 years or more in Professional experience in builder project management or related project management
- County and State Appliance Installation Regulations Intermediate
- Safety Management Advanced
- Knowledge of Appliance Installation Advanced
