Responsible for overseeing and executing regional builder and multi-family projects
Ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and within the scheduled time frame
Responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple builder projects
Duties include installation audits, inventory management, pre and post installation inspections, safety compliance according to site specific requirements
Supervise and coordinate with Service Providers and other professionals on site to ensure tasks are completed correctly
Communicate progress to clients, address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
H.S. Diploma/GED
3 years or more in Professional experience in builder project management or related project management
County and State Appliance Installation Regulations Intermediate
Safety Management Advanced
Knowledge of Appliance Installation Advanced
