Account Services/Client Management Director

Role Overview

• Managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction with CareBridge’s services
• Facilitating communication between clients and internal teams for program services implementation
• Partnering with cross-functional operations and finance teams to forecast and track key operational and financial metrics
• Developing and maintaining relationships with leadership at managed care organizations

Requirements

• Requires BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or related field
• Proven leadership experience in healthcare preferred
• Strong relationship and account management skills
• Significant experience in client-facing roles with executive-level stakeholders
• Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven track record of working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, notably PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word
