Administer and optimize the Microsoft Power Platform to support secure, scalable enterprise adoption
Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards aligned with regulatory and privacy requirements
Manage environments, DLP policies, connectors, and platform health to ensure reliability and performance
Enable low-code solutions, automation, analytics, and AI while balancing innovation with control
Support AI-driven capabilities using Copilot Studio and advanced analytics through Microsoft Fabric
Drive platform maturity through documentation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
5 years of experience with infrastructure technologies
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Strong hands-on expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, & Dataverse with demonstrated experience implementing Power Platform governance, DLP policies, and environment strategies
Experience with Application Lifecycle Management
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity/security concepts
Excellent written, technical, and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage work direction and lead, influence, mentor, and provide feedback to others within team
Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
