Support sales-led partnerships effectively, ensuring coordination between Teton's sales team and external partners adds real value to active opportunities.
Bring partner insights back into the organization to inform GTM strategy, product positioning, and prioritization decisions.
Represent Teton within the partner community, building credibility and presence across industry events and networks.
Requirements
Experience in senior living, SNF, or adjacent healthcare sectors, with existing relationships across the ecosystem.
A track record of building partnerships that produced real commercial outcomes.
Genuine operational discipline.
The ability to bring structure and visibility to a complex, fast-moving portfolio of relationships.
Strong relationship instincts and the ability to build trust with a wide range of external stakeholders, from regional leads to C-level executives.
Clear, confident communication. Able to represent Teton's value proposition credibly across a range of partner conversations.
High agency. Comfortable defining priorities, moving independently, and creating structure where little exists.
