Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure performance, value, and accountability.
Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and vendor risk assessments, driving continuous improvement and accountability.
Identify opportunities to reduce vendor sprawl and consultant dependency through standardization and strategic sourcing.
Identify, assess, and manage IT operational and vendor‑related risks, escalating issues as appropriate.
Support IT staffing plans, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.
Requirements
7+ Experience in IT operations, technology operations, or enterprise operations leadership
Strong understanding of IT financial management, budgeting, and cost controls
Experience managing vendors, contracts, and third-party services
2+ years of experience delivering business updates to leadership, including crafting concise executive summaries for senior stakeholders
2+ years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives
Proficient in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms
Competency in vetting vendors for cybersecurity and regulatory compliance
Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively with Finance, Legal, and Procurement
Strong understanding of how data and analytics support business operations, particularly within underwriting domains.
Solid understanding of financial services product offerings, distribution channels, and the competitive landscape, with the ability to translate external trends into internal strategy.
