About this role

Responsible for all aspects of facility, asset and relationship management for a portfolio of properties
Ensuring operations, maintenance and vendor management standards are met
Direct accountability for overall property operations, cosmetic appearance, technical oversight, and fiscal management
Establish a strategic forecast for operating and capital improvement budgets
Oversee third-party service providers responsible for preventive maintenance and reactive work order completion
Development of an annual capital improvement budget

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Facilities Management, Real Estate Management or related field, or equivalent experience (preferred)
Master's Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Real Estate/Facilities Management (required)
Financial services and/or retail organization experience (preferred)
Professional Designation (RPA, FMA, CPM, CFM) (preferred)

Eligible for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives
