- Own the product design lifecycle for Eli’s mobile applications (iOS and Android)
- Operate as a design lead within a small product squad

- Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows
- Champion design quality and craft across the organization
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience
- Deep experience in consumer healthcare, health tech, or digital wellness
- Proven track record of building and scaling design systems
- Strong product sense
- Comfort with ambiguity and ownership
- Proficiency with modern AI design tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Empathy and nuance
