About this role
Role Overview
Managing an administrative function of a department or general office
Performing complex and diversified administrative duties
Regular reporting and data management using Excel
Third party platform support including ticket submission and UX testing
Conducting intake calls/meetings with end users for platform issues
Attending weekly ticketing support calls and gathering additional information
Requirements
At least eight (8) years current clerical experience
High School Diploma preferred
Advanced computer skills
Ability to perform complex and diverse administrative duties
Familiarity with recruitment processes preferred but not required
Experience with recruitment related platforms preferred but not required
Outlook, MS calendar, and Zoom experience preferred
Excel skills including data review and cleanup, pivot tables, and specific functions like CONCATENATE and VLOOKUP
